From the moment we walked in we were greated by super friendly staff. Anita checked us in and was super friendly. They had a very nice open lobby that had foosball table and family board games and coloring area. perfect for familys to order pizza and speend time together. There was a maintenance man cleaning at all in the lobby to make sure it was a clean safe place. The rooms are simple but very clean. Bathrooms were nice and clean they had good shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you forget to pack it. The beds were comfortable. They have a snack shop at the front desk 24 hrs a day perfect for a quick drink or snack and super convenient. I honestly didn't have any issues with my visit once so ever. When I say the staff super friendly i mean every staff member I encountered greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello.

Very cute hotel, location was ideal to walk to The Alamo, River Walk and other DownTown attractions. Modern and a bit minimalist, which was nice. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the breakfast that was included, but the pool was amazing since it's so HOT in San Antonio and it came in handy after venturing out during the day. Staff was nice and attentive to our requests. A/C works amazing in the room.

I was a bit on the fence about location and having to use valet parking but once we arrived and checked in, valet staff and front desk were very helpful at helping us with concerns we had. Location turned out to be extremely convenient as well. Definetly recommend this place! Also, the room was very clean anad cozy. Will return if needed.

The breakfast was well stocked with many choices hot or cold. The seating area was nice and clean. I loved the room ergonomics. It was well planned. Bed comfortable and towels sufficient for two. There is also numerous places to park near hotel if you do not wish to do valet. Good location to attractions. My wife and I were able to walk to all attractions.

The hotel was bright and fresh, plenty of unique sit-and-chill places in the lobby, along with two foosball tables. Workout room had full set of dumbells, good equipment. Location was excellent if you're visiting Alamo / Riverwalk. Everything was within walking distance.
